I realized it would be enough to cut through sausage, seeing as I managed to cut myself with it in the store. I'd have never thought plastic could be so sharp, and despite having used it for cooking for a couple weeks now, it's still razor sharp. I'm seriously considering going /out/ with just this knife.
There's also Baladeo that's been making some ultralight frame locking knives, pic related is made of 420 steel and is 7 cm long and 15 grams, and having held a couple, it's very well built and definitely sturdy. They have some longer models up to 11 cm and up to 34 grams. Impressive stuff.
