Those units you have are designed for portability, not permanent installation/use.
There may be some valving requirements for installed units that source from a larger tank.
But no, there's really no reason you couldn't. Just do a thorough leak test.
I've got a 25k BTU furnace in my snowmobile trailer. A 40lb propane cylinder will get me through the better part of a season. A single deep-cycle battery will run it and lights for a day (blower's about 7A).
With more insulation (1" foil-backed iso board in my trailer) you should be able to hold the heat in better, and get more mileage out of fuel/battery.
If you've got 120, there's a bunch of fairly inexpensive garage heaters.
