East Coast - but now I live in the southeast and it sucks donkey dick. I went from 120 days on the mountain to maybe 2 long weekend trips for either a 2 hour drive to shit tier boring flat mountains, to 8 hour drive for something some what legit: Snowshoe.
Or doing an annual flight trip out west to Utah.

I put an ad on facebook marketplace to wax / repair people's skis so I can meet like minded people - so far ZERO response.
I go hiking in NC mostly to keep my sanity.
