>>2173158>>2160402If you're doing bicycle camping it should be reasonably easy - you could rig the pet carrier to a bicycle somehow(if you have one of the hard plastic ones) or what came to mind was a bicycle trailer. I was thinking of the kind they make for kids, but apparently they also make them for pets, picture related. Should be able to get one under $200 from what I can see.
Other idea is kayak trips, but that heavily depends on where you live. With a kayak you can take a lot more gear with you easily as long as the portages aren't too bad. So you could have your pet backpack and a regular one, and just do portages in multiple trips.
And the last one is just getting a smaller pet backpack to front carry, because most I've seen wouldn't really obstruct your vision, so yours must be huge.
