Although being a big guy (for me), could probably start 40-50lbs if your back is jacked. Also take note of your draw length, if that wingspan falls beyond the standard 28-30 inches, you will be pulling back more than the weight advertised on the limbs.
If crossbows are legal and you arent really interested in the hobby aspect of archery/hunting, then it might be a better choice.

But keep in mind, thats a lot of complexity and you if wanted to go full larp shtf, being able to shoot a bow accurately would mean you could quickly regain a lost weapon innawoods with some sticks and a string.
