What if you make acorn flour, removing the tannins and all, add wild berry jam to it, then want to make the yeast rise the flour/jam into a bread/cake/biscuit/etc?
Where will you get your yeast? Just wait for it? For days to infect it hoping that nothing bad like a bear comes along?
Sounds like you hate breads and mead.
