Well its kinda a mixed bag, on one hand some of my greatest inspirations for songs come from like vistas or a soothing place to play. But if you're with the wrong crowd of people they will just start asking you to play wonderwall and chanting for oyu to do it or some shit, even if oyu say you dont know the song and wanna play. Or you play your guitar for 5 minutes and love it before your other friends pull out 3 more and say LETS JAM! and all start doing completely different progressions and give you a headache. Really depends who youre with I guess op, I still always bring mine if I can because Im happiest when Im somewhere special and with my guitar.
