My REI chairs have outlasted my frend's scamazon knock-offs by 2 or 3x. The DAC tubes are what you're paying more for.
I did have to restitch the seats though.
The feet aren't great for soft ground but that's not that big of a deal to me.
I have a Big Agnes bag chair too and it's a little better in soft ground by virtue of its back legs being more angled, they sit on the surface better than straight legs pointing into the soil.
