They don't even read the small booklets that come with it, they think it's just a lighter and they'll figure it out, and then they complain because it doesn't work properly when it's their own fault. Most people overfill them with bad quality fuel, improperly place the wick causing excessive leaks, and then exagerate the problem of them leaking.
As if leaking was the biggest problem a lighter could have, when all other problems are just as bad, and a Zippo happens to not suffer from those over problems.
And then some people prefer Bics because they don't leak, even though they suffer from every other problem, but make up excuses because there are ways to prevent it by doing tons of annoying things, when some parafine or a rubber band is enough to solve the only problem of a Zippo, and are also bothered by carrying an optional small fuel canister but are perfectly fine carrying the mandatory dozen Bics.
