I'm literally in nowhere, and these brillant dots are in several parts not just in one single spot. Also I didn't see any broken bottle glass or something

For some reason I only can see these brilliant dots through the camera of my phone so I have no idea why the fuck I can't see them with my bare eye because when I'm walking using the light of my phone I don't see any brilliant dot.
