Site owner wanted me to "make a quick list of things". Dude gave zerofux about the condition of the tower and shack, also didn't enforce any cleanups after tenants left. That giant bundle of cables on the tower leg, maybe 3 were still in service. Tower guy wires needed work, there were structural concerns with the tower (fucking 2x4's used to support a dish), and a bunch of obviously inop antennas were still hanging on the tower.
Dude wanted me to drop two 6ft dishes and waveguides. Normally that's not a big deal, get a crew together and rig it to a cathead to lower it. No way I want that liability with the tower in the condition it's in... told him to either find another crew to do it, or call in a tower structure company and have them fix the major stuff.
Site owner hasn't called me back, and when I was up there a couple months ago for some equipment repairs for a customer, the tower was in the same condition it was when I did the inspection.
