whey protein is loaded with carbs? Dude most has like maybe 8g per scoop. You would need 3 or 4 scoops to get the same amount of carbs as a highcarb piece of fruit, more than 5 scoops to get as many carbs as there are in a can of soda.
And why the fuck do you push carbs so much? I agree with the whey protein.. you want a lot of protein and all the other benefits of it. And usually 1 or 2 scoops will keep you from feeling hungry as well, and keep your body from burning muscle.
