Well, the sweet corn took a hard hit from the storms last night. I need to grow some better and closer wind breaks it seems. Last year the corn escaped getting flattened. I was hoping it was because of the extra wind breaks in the area. Obviously that wasn't the case. The corn is still fairly young so there's a chance it will grow up and have it's ears form above the tangle. If not then the crop will be ruined. Manually standing it back up is nearly impossible. I've tried in past years, with poor results for every method tried.
