I store mine full. Installed a valved quick-connect fitting on the hose, so I can disconnect the bladder from the hose in my pack and stash the partly-full bladder in my fridge. Since both the tube-side and bladder-side valves seal when they're disconnected, either side won't suck in air or leak out water.
It's kind of a pain in the ass to thoroughly clean/dry it, and if I'm using it every couple of days it's easier to just leave it full. Never had any mold issues doing this, either in the tube/mouthpiece or bladder.
