It can also get really hot fairly quickly but it also cools remarkably fast, like if it's too hot to hold I just stop puffing and in a minute it's back to being room temperature. And even when it's hot, the smoke stays cool. Nice little pipe. I'm lucky I was able to get it for so cheap.
