How do I make sure the tide doesn’t wash me away in my sleep?

Camping on the beach tonight, I’m currently about 50 feet away from the shore line. High tide comes in about 3 and a half hours from now.
The sand I’m on is pretty flat and packed down, I’m not sure how to tell how high this tide is going to get.
I tried doing some google searches but all that comes up is “how to read a ride table.”
I don’t see any debres that looks washed up from the previous night but the fact that the sand is flat worries me.
