After I bought a grain mill for course grinding corn (Victoria (Corona) Grain Mill with High Hopper) I started using that and it is amazing for this purpose.
I can't wait to get more peppers. It was the best seasoning/spice I've had in regards to peppers (Hungarian Wax). 1 bottle lasted about 1 to 1 1/2 months. After 2 months it starts to lose a bit of the freshness.
