I know some people will twist the neck by hand or slit the throat and let them bleed but I think I prefer that method much better, seems faster and easier. Thanks for the book recc.

>that's largely a concern with hareI was thinking that, that domestic rabbits should have a lot more fat because they are sitting around all damn day. but whenever I mention farming rabbits everyone yells 'muh rabbit starvation!' So i figured I should address that first. I don't actually know the nutritional facts of your average meat rabbit though, only wild ones.
