That bulb of yours is most likely only about 30 Watts actually assuming it's 3000 lumen.

They lack a lot of green part but that's actually a good thing because plants use less of that than red and blue anyways.
Because of that normal LED bulbs are also great as grow lights, you can get by with them without overpaying for dedicated growlights.
