you'll most likely end on a highway gas-station or parking lot
the noise is annoying, but as long as you set up a bit from the cars in the greenery, noone should bother you
also, you can ask the farmers (if barns around) if you can sleep in their barn or on the straw under the roof, usually works if you look clean (good luck with language though, farmers usually won't be too good with foreign languages)
don't set up too close to the road, if you camp on something which is in the open (a field, f. e.) try to ask the owners to avoid trouble
always carry yourself like what you are doing is perfectly fine (as soon as you start sneaking around and looking over your shoulder all the time, ppl. will call the cops on you)
