Picrel I intend on adding timber in the blue area which will lift the canopy up, but then it becomes a big air scoop on the roof.
So the orange area I'll have to construct a taper for the air to flow over top.
I just bought 6 yoga mats to stick under the carpet, 2 wide 3 thick. they're only 500mm wide and 7mm thick so it will give me a 1m wide sleeping area with 21mm of padding plus the carpet.
Regular camping bedrolls are only 10mm thick so it should be sufficient.
