There's 2 ways up, the eastern and the western trail. The eastern goes over a glacier and requires skill or a guide (tours go regularly).
The western is just like other people have said easy to walk up. Thing is you go up a fuckton only to come to a valley which you must cross. So down some hundred meters and up again. This can be time-consuming.
It's said at kebnekaise mountan lodge that if you're in no extraordinary condition count 12-14 hours for an easy walk up and down. A sc/out/ that has the muscles coud probably do it quicker.
