I have 2 ruptured disks. Fucked my right leg up to the point I looked like fucking Frankenstein when I walked. Did ALOT of back stretches focusing on lower back and lost about 60 lbs. Lose some weight and do those exercises. I woudl do then EVERY two hours. It was a real hassle but they receded a bit and got some good scar tissue on them and I can do what I like but can still irritate the damaged nerves and that will put me out for around 3 days. Work on your core muscles also
