I'm trying to over winter peppers indoors for the first time this year. I initially pruned them all down, picked all the leaves off and put them in the garage. They weren't getting enough (hardly any) light and it was getting too cold at times, so I brought them inside. Now it seems like it's on the other end of the spectrum and they've started growing new leaves. Should I pick those off throughout the winter or just leave any new leaves that grow? Pic related
