>>2191055Yeah you pack as much out in game sacks as you can load safely and take multiple trips if you have to. Bull elks yield a little over 200lbs meat and there’s gonna be 2-3 of us so no more than two trips per person if we max out around 60lb loads (80 if we’re within 3 reasonable miles of the trucks) but you can ditch almost all your hunting and camping gear so the load is just meat and some drinking water. It becomes a matter of knowing what you’re able to hike out and finding spots with good accessibility that aren’t gonna be blown up by other hunters which is the difficult part
