This week I went for an overnighter, got to test out my new LiFePO4 battery pack that I built up. Chinesium folding solar panel keeps it charged. I managed a few 200km contacts and a couple 1000km contacts. 80m band in the morning/evenings, 40m band during the day. My pack weighed in at 30kg with overnight gear, spotting scope, radio, battery and 7 litres of water. I did a ton of kms and climbed a big hill. Pretty happy all round..
