but how? are you a hypochondriac and feel like every smol coof is the end unless you pop some antibiotics? for starters replace them with healthy antibacterial alternatives like 3 cloves of garlic each dinner, an apple a day and maybe some vitamin c and d to tell yourself nothing too bad can get to you if you keep at it and shift the addiction from the antibiotics
anyhow your gut is probably very messed up by now which can cause a whole heap of serious problems in the long run, psychiatric included, since most of your immune system is in your gut so you need to repopulate the good bacteria living there which the antibiotics wreaked havoc on with probiotics and prebiotics found in fermented foods like sour pickles and yoghurt which i actually have some pretty good & straightforward recipes for and work really well now in the winter so let me know if you want to give it a shot, a cup of homemade yoghurt daily works wonders and it's quite cheap too
