What would /out/ recommend planting?
So far I've put in two peaces (Red Haven and Giant Elberta), a sour cherry, and a Bartlett pear.
I need at least one more pear for pollinating purposes. (Trying to find a Harrow Sweet, but I'm open to other suggestions.)
I'd also like to get a few apple trees (including different varieties for eating, baking and cider-making), a quince tree, some hazelnuts, and maybe a plum or two.
What varieties do you people suggest??
My small farm is located in south-southwestern Ontario, Zone 6b.
