>How did you make the blades?Stock removal from an old antique crosscut carpenter's saw (pic). I used a Dremel to cut them out, a blowtorch to anneal them, a file to shape/sharpen them, the torch to harden them, and a toaster oven to temper them. They are all push-fitted tangs. See:
