>>1615795Thanks anon. Here's a spring/summer season mushroom I stumbled upon late. It's a very large pheasant back (or dryads saddle). Some people do not like the taste, but I think it's alright. This one is long past the point of eating and they are actually a lot better young. I still have a shitload of morells and even a little left of some chicken-of-the-woods from the spring and summer. Currently, I'm looking for maitake and oyster mushrooms as they are in season now. Also hoping I'll stumble upon a big puffball lol.
