I'll get a smaller acreage if I'm cutting it close in anyway. How hard does he work on 4 acres? Does he have a super big warehouse of harvest every season & how much income does he get?? I'm definitely only doing like a few acres if 400k won't last long. If it's too much money I'll just grow grapes on 2 acres & get drunk every day with $300,000 in a Vanguard High Yield ETF & travel with the derivatives. Pic related is if I make more than $400k (from bitcoin). I may just farm coins instead.
