Note how over time, the global average surface temperature, sea level and northern hemisphere snow cover change. Temperature, sea level and snow cover are related to climate. Thus, we might say that because some parameters of the climate are changing, 'Climate Change' is occurring.
Also note how in the recent past, the global average surface temperature has been rising. In English, we often refer to something increasing in temperature as 'warming'. One might then say that the globe is warming, because its average surface temperature is rising. This phenomenon might be referred to as 'Global Warming'.
