I am merely a citizen who wishes to engage in a very normal and uninteresting hunting trip with a few of my close friends. We wish to have a peaceful and uneventful trip out in the desert to hunt mythical desert hominid bipeds and don't want to be disturbed. We want to be so unreachable that we are more or less invisible to the human eye, aircraft, and thermal vision while still being able to maintain excellent line of sight on the surrounding landscape.
How is this not registering with you?
