The ergos are awful, the carabiner clip feels flimsy and doesn't close correctly the bulk of the time. The wrench jaws only open up to half an inch and I don't know how much torque I'd trust this thing with. It also has no pliers, which are 9 in 10 more handy than a wrench. The bit holder is constantly coming lose and getting lost in my pack. The LED manages to turn itself on in my pocket all the time.
The Leatherman bits, for being flat, are still highly functional. And you can store what... 10 of them in the normal leatherman case? Given the choice between my Charge (or Wave) and my Guppie, I'll take the charge 10 out of 10.
