>>1591684Get any point and shoot you can find at your local thrift store for $10. Make sure it has a fixed focal length as they are generally optically superior to zoom models. There are lots of extremely overpriced point and shoots these days and honestly it's better to get a decent cheap one for $10 and then spend $290 on film than spend $300 on a meme-prices camera and barely have anything left to spend on film and developing.
Film cost and deving really really depends where you live. I'm on the low end of expenses since I amass film when I find deals and develop and scan myself. On average I spend ~$5/roll all in.
