>>1055426With alot of people these days, dogs are just another accessory to go with their car or they just like the idea of owning x breed without caring for the dogs needs and similarly there are breeder happy to exploit this situation even if it's detrimental to the dogs. My rescue was fucking hard work I get that some people don't want that but I'm proud of us both now. She's gone from timid dog who hates everything to my best friend who generally understands how to behave and who goes everywhere with me. With all those poor homeless dogs I couldn't bring myself to further the 'breeding machine' that is plain cruel when so many loving animals already exist.
