Every time I watch this film, I get an overwhelming sense of existential dread and hatred and disappointment. I feel this way because I am a man of nature stuck in a urban setting, in a modern world; the forests are dead and there are too many humans. I feel as if I'm in wrong circumstances, I wish I could live a humble, nature filled life in a beautiful old world. How does anyone else feel about this?
