And no where near as big. Looked more like a porcupine from the shaggy leafy way it looked but it was waaaaay too big to be anything arboreal from south east Texas. looked like a small man in a ghillie suit almost. But wait theres more! The branch it was on was crazy thin, this thing was light enough to perch on said branch but heavy enough to shake the trees it dropped into when it moved into the darkness out of sight right before i bolted. so if you read this far i guess i should say thanks for hearing me out. feel free to guess what i saw but if you come at me with any flora or fauna and i think i can give you a good reason why it wasnt whatever critter you think of e.g. possums n such.
