I moved here in early 2016. I weighted about 70 KG.
The first time I had a hard time. I was used to long walks, but not that frequently. I often had to take a bus back and waste money. Then my condition increased. I was able to do a 15 KM walk, with around 5 KM at the destination local to buy groceries, then all the way back. I do this multiple times a month now.
I don't get exhausted anymore. When I walk uphill I won't even breathe harder, the only problem is heat (sweat), but only in the shitty summer season.
I weight around 50 KG now and got really /fit/ with this lifestyle. In 2016 I would have been dead after the 35 KM, but now I can still work on things at home after it. Feels nice.
