>>1249619depends on where you live but in my area ive seen it like this - complete shithole rustbuckets can be found in the $5-7k range if they are in running condition. $8-12k gets you a not exactly pretty example but less rust and definitely running and driving. $13-20k gets you little to no rust at all and solid drive train. $20-$40k is a complete mismatch area of boomers asking way too much and some really fucking decent trucks. anything over $40k should be minty and $50k+ is showroom condition
so i guess the answer is really: it depends.
