Just pickled a batch of yellow onions from the garden. Had to try out my new digital pressure canner(these were water bathed). Made a brine out of white and apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, sugar,, peppercorns and red pepper flakes. Who else here cans their harvest?
