>>71774if the ticks are already on you it won't do shit, they can get in through the smallest places, so even with it you still need to check for them. also use repellent or a citronella candle if you think would be beneficial, but i generally don't have much luck with them. try to pick a camp spot that has a flat sandy or dirt base, don't set up on grass or low plants or shit that they'd be hiding on waiting to pounce on their unwary prey. ticks can be a problem at all times of day, they wait for vibrations to "show" them which direction to be ready to pounce in, so they'd wake up if you get close.
