What conceivable situation could you find yourself in, where you’re out in the middle of nowhere and have your survival tin but _nothing_ else?
If you’re camping or hunting you’ve got all kinda gear and if you’re in an urban area, you’re literally right in the middle of civilization.
Now I can see keeping a far more comprehensive and useful bug-out bag type survival pack in your vehicle, in case you break down in the middle of nowhere and have to hoof it out in foot but a tiny pocket survival kit is pointless.
