Regardless of your religious or spiritual convictions, Homo sapiens sapiens is a product of nature, and therefore was meant to be a part of nature, not apart from nature. Even then, this is philosophical nonsense. The inarguable truth of the matter is that so long as humanity exists in this dimension, humanity is part of nature. At the end of the day, no matter how many homes we construct, or how scientifically and technologically advanced we become, we are a part of nature and all that it takes to break away from our own delusions of godhood is a simple hurricane, tornado, or earthquake. Nature has us beat, and will always have us beat. We cannot ever truly escape it's magnificent power.
