As an ohio-anon, I think western PA has some of the best backpacking in our immediate area. The state forests are kino, and there's plenty of long-ish hikes if you're trying to get some mileage in. Picrel, check out the quehanna trail. It's a little northeast of you but it's worth the trip. It's mostly on a plateau, so it is very similar to dolly sods with the added bonus of almost nobody knowing about it. I was just out for 3 days and didn't see a single person. The entire loop is like 71 miles but there's plenty of shorter offshoots to make different loops.
