About 10 or so years ago, one of my favorite areas to hunt was leased to the logging company here in Texas and they mowed it down. Now, for some reason, only four people have access to the entire hundreds of acres they clear cut (the stumps are still there and they don't to shit to manage the brush other than to cut right-of-ways) and they plastered "posted" signs on anything standing greater than 10'.
