The peacemaker II is what surprised me here, for something designed to be a thin boot-knife it preformed great. It whacked and sawed through thinner branches/vines like nothing, and while it didn't keep an edge as well as the bushman it sharpened up really quick.
Not to shill for cold steel (I'm still a buck-fag at heart), but they make some great budget outdoors knives
