I haven’t had a good row on the interwebz in a long time I’m enjoying it and every once in a while I glean some good tips. Still wondering about the pond idea and guy before seemed pretty knowledgeable. My duck oil says seal the base of the pond with hot pitch but it was written in the 70s and that just doesn’t seem right to me. I think the hard clay, tamping it down, and over wintering so it fills up naturally and seals itself might be the way to go.
