>>2081624One of my neighbor's cows just died the other day. Turns out someone had thrown a can of soda onto his grass field and when he was making bales last summer it was picked up by the machine which cut it up into pieces and mixed it with the grass. The cows usually notice things like this when eating but one had accidentally swallowed one of those sharp pieces and it cut down her entire throat causing her to bleed to death overnight. It was probably very painful and slow. Just imagine the inside of your throat constantly bleeding and you have no way of stopping it, it fills your stomach with blood and eventually you'll puke it all up or get it in your lungs making you choke to death on your own blood and vomit. Luckily the cow died from the blood loss before that happened.
Which ever lazy fuck that decided to throw that can onto the field just caused that animal excruciating pain and eventually death, I hope it was worth whatever time and effort it would have required him to just carry it back home.
Every spring my neighbor walks with his wife and they pick trash from the roads and trails surrounding their fields and he's always amazed at how much shit people throw away. Is it really that hard to just keep shit in your car or put it in your pocket?
