Or should I go for a $100 premade pier cart with rubber tires (quiet, will work on sand) that I can use on both piers and beaches? Also it would be non collapsable, and doesn't have solid sides so I can't toss small things in there.. A little shorter than the other option.
I'm thinking the $60 dollar option with some adjustments might be better, what do you think? I probably won't be hitting the surf til next year, but I go to the pier every couple days - so not being able to tow it accross the beach isn't an immediate issue.
